We will all arrive and have a meal together in Venezia.

We strongly recommend arrival on June 2 at the latest. We recommend flying in to Marco Polo Venice Airport and taking a water taxi to San Marco (roughly $150).

Alternative option is to fly in to Milan Airport and take direct train from Milano Centrale to Venezia Santa Lucia (2.5 hour train ride).
